Privacy Statement
DuBois Area Catholic School (hereinafter “DuBois Central Catholic”) respects your privacy. We are issuing this privacy statement to inform you of our privacy policy and what we do with the information that you give to us. This entire web site is covered under this privacy statement and the privacy statement of the financial institutions handling payments web site. This web site collects information for statistical purposes and in order to process your ticket orders. We may use your information in order to contact you in future raffles. We also use your information in order to contact you if you win. We will publish the name of the winner unless he/she requests in writing that he/she refuses to be published. We will never share your email address or other information you give us with third parties. Raffle Rules
The grand prize raffle will be held on JUNE 21, 2025. This grand prize raffle is for a 2025 Corvette as described on this website -or- the cash prize of $40,000 US currency. This raffle is void where prohibited by law. It is open to all persons 18 years of age or older. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit DuBois Central Catholic.
Grand Prize: This raffle has a single prize of 2025 Corvette or a cash prize of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) US currency.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds increase by purchasing additional tickets. The number of tickets sold will not exceed 3,000.
How To Be Eligible: You are eligible to win this raffle by buying a ticket either online, at a scheduled event or directly from DuBois Central Catholic. You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of the drawing. You must have a working knowledge of the spoken and written English language. Persons may enter as often as they like by buying additional tickets and need not be present to win.
Drawings: The winner of the raffle will be selected based on the blind drawing of all numbered purchased tickets. The winner will be notified via phone, US mail, or e-mail. Details will be posted on the DuBois Central Catholic website and Facebook page. The winner must elect either the vehicle or cash prize within 5 days of notification.

ELECTION OF CASH Alternative must be done in written format by the winner.
Additional Conditions: Winner’s name and information will be retained DuBois Central Catholic for future announcements of other events. A photo of the winner is required for posting on the web site. By accepting the prize, the winner accepts all the requirements conditions and rules of this event and agrees to comply with all applicable international, federal state and local laws. The prize may not be assigned or transferred. Winner will forfeit their prize as well as any claim of any nature against the school if the school is unable to locate them via US mail, telephone, or e-mail (provided at the time of ticket purchase) by JANUARY 24 of the next calendar year (one month after the final drawing).
Taxes: Winner of the Corvette is not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax but is required to pay any other applicable taxes and fees. Taxes and fees include but are not limited to income tax, title fees, registration, license, and inspection if applicable. Other taxes may apply if the cash prize is selected and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Other taxes may apply to all other cash and prizes awarded.
Shipping and Transportation: The vehicle will be kept at DuBois Central Catholic 200 Central Christian Road DuBois, Pa 15801. Winner is responsible for personally collecting their prize no later than July 11, 2025. The winner will be responsible for all fees and costs associated with shipping and transportation.
Reservation of Rights: DuBois Central Catholic reserves the right to cancel this raffle and drawing and refund monies in the event it is deemed necessary by DuBois Central Catholic.
